Did you receive a mail from H&R Block that
promise you a FREE filing but at the end
you are asked to pay $14.95?
This is a common complaint and it seems
it will be ongoing from H&R Block since
they make no effort to correct it.
Here's how to get around it, you need a
key code - call: 1-888-482-9288 and explain
the situation. You will be asked a few things
like how much your gross income was for
2007, I believe there may be a income limit
for FREE Efile. If you qualified before,
you should qualify again and be given a
KEY CODE. Then go to the filing page where
you are asked how you want to pay the $14.95,
choose KEY CODE then click NEXT. Fill in
the KEY CODE and click NEXT again. Now you
should see that the $14.95 is deducted and
the filing is FREE. GOOD LUCK.
